2023-2024 Academic Year Fall Semester Transfer Announcement

Students who will enroll must submit the originals of the following documents during registration.

 

1. Approved Grade Status Chart (Transcript): Grade Conversion Chart of the University where the applicant is registered, together with the document that the applicant will receive from the institution he/she will leave, showing the courses he/she has studied and the grades he/she has received from these courses,
2. Education Certificate, (Approved by the registered school or obtained from the e-government)
3. Approved document showing that he has not received any disciplinary punishment, (To be taken from the registered school)
4. Placement result document indicating that he/she has been placed in higher education, (to be obtained from the ÖSYM Candidate procedures page)
5. Course Contents, (to be taken from the registered school) There is no objection document for horizontal transfer. (will get it from school)

 

(Students who will enroll in the Civil Defense and Fire Brigade Program;

 

1. a) To be at least 1.67 meters tall for men and at least 1.60 meters for women, provided that they are weighed and measured on an empty stomach, undressed and barefoot, and there is no difference of more than (+,-) 10 kilograms between the body whose height is more than 1 meter and its weight,
2. b) Not to have completed the age of 30 on the date of the examination,
3. c) In terms of health, they must be in accordance with the working conditions of the fire brigade, provided that they do not have phobias such as closed spaces, narrow spaces and heights. It is obligatory to obtain a health board report from a Full-fledged Official hospital showing that it meets the conditions, and height and weight should be specified in the Health Board report)
